شروط طلب العلم عند الإمام الشافعي

 

      

       طلب العلم أمر مطلوب في الإسلام. وقد كثرت الحجج من الكتاب والسنة وكذلك أهل العلم في فضل طلب العلم مثل هذا الحديث وَعَنْ أَبي الدَّرْداءِ، قَال: سمِعْتُ رَسُول اللَّهِ ﷺ، يقولُ: منْ سَلَكَ طَريقًا يَبْتَغِي فِيهِ علْمًا سهَّل اللَّه لَه طَريقًا إِلَى الجنةِ. وبناء على الصورة أعلاه، فهي شروط طلب العلم عند الإمام الشافي المعبر عنها في شعره والأول هو الذكاء المولّد لليقظة وسرعة الفهم . الثاني، حرص بليغ على جمع العلم. والثالث،جتهاد متين لا يعرف الكلل ولا يطل عليه الملل. والرابع، بُلغة كافية تسد الحاجة. والخامس، صحبة أستاذ المتمثل في شيوخ العلم وأقطاب  الفقه وصيارفة المرافعة. والأخير هو طول زمان.وأرجو من خلال اتباع هذه الشروط أن يتمكن الطلاب من تحقيق نجاح باهر، ليس فقط في الجانب الأكاديمي ولكن أيضا في تكوين الأخلاق والروحانية القوية. العلم النافع يعود على النفس والأسرة والمجتمع، وينال البركات من الله سبحانه وتعالى.

Seeking knowledge is required in Islam. There have been many arguments from the Qur’an and Sunnah, as well as scholars, regarding the virtue of seeking knowledge, such as this hadith. On the authority of Abu Al-Darda’, he said: I heard the Messenger of God, peace and blessings of God be upon him, say: Whoever follows a path seeking knowledge, God will make easy for him a path to Paradise. Based on the picture above, these are the conditions for seeking knowledge according to Imam Al-Shafi, which are expressed in his poetry. The first is intelligence that generates alertness and quick understanding. Second, he was keen on collecting knowledge. The third is solid, tireless and never-weary diligence. Fourth, with sufficient language to meet the need. Fifthly, the company of a professor represented by the sheikhs of knowledge, the magnates of jurisprudence, and the money exchangers.The last is a long time. I hope that by following these conditions, students will be able to achieve great success, not only in the academic aspect but also in forming strong morals and spirituality. Useful knowledge benefits oneself, the family, and society, and receives blessings from God Almighty
